We are so accustomed to look outside of ourselves for the treasures, stimulated only for a short time. We have a tendency to regress into self pity and judgement, buying into the negative critical parent and being governed by our ego verses our true essence. I AM that I AM
Resolve the inner turmoil begin to look within. Discover-discard-disclose. In other words keep what works in its purest form and release the old tapes of condemnation of oneself. Get in touch with the inner child the one you left so long ago.Challenge yourself to look at life without the rose colored glasses. Be free take control of your emotions and thoughts, become master over your domain, instead of self will run riot creating caos. Walk the path, have the willingness to dust the shelves in your prison cell, stop playing (acting out) the old tapes of yesterday. Take responsibility for your life, take back your power and refuse to play the victim be accountable for the words you speak, your actions in whatever you choose to participate in.Release! Release! Release!Become friends with yourself, make peace and learn to forgive who and whatever you need to forgive (yourself). Begin to love yourself all the aspects that make you who you, for you have great gifts to share with all humanity. Love! Love! Love! In its purest form will set you free.
